Overview

The AGCO licences and regulates manufacturers who make wine, beer and spirits in Ontario. We play the same role for their agents and agents of foreign manufacturers.

Eligibility

To represent a manufacturer, you must hold a valid Smart Serve®

certificate. You must have completed your Smart Serve® training by your first day of work.

To apply for a licence to represent a manufacturer, be prepared to submit these documents:

To represent a manufacturer, create an account on the iAGCO portal

. Once you’ve set up your iAGCO account, you can apply for your licence.

Step 3: Wait for a decision

Once you’ve submitted your application, the AGCO will review your application. The AGCO may ask you for more information if we need to.

As a licensee, you are responsible for meeting all Interim Registrar’s Standards that apply to your licence, all applicable laws and regulations, and any Terms and Conditions that may be applied to your licence.
